Now have a look at the correct answers (the words provided in the key) and also have a look at your wrong answers and compare them
Try to think why you chose those (wrong ) words i.e. what was your logic and why you chose to be like that.
Compare, compare.. think, think...
The final result should be remembering the correct meaning of the words and to be familiar with them when you meet them in the future (be sure, you will if you enroll an university)
This is one of the ways learning new words through reading. And remember: IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE NOW YOU WILL REMEMBER IT AND PROBABLY WILL NOT REPEAT THE SAME ONE

I do agree that we should make mistake in the learning. We should first try our best without any clue from anywhere in order to know what we're capable of. I mean, if we just get the answer so easily, is more likely we're copying the answer from books or in this case, dictionary. Which won't help us improve anything, we'll not learn anything. Easy, I think we should learn from our mistakes..I believe that it will help us remember the right answer permanently afterwards. Thanks.

In my opinion, I agree with this topic because learning will occur from mistake. You start English learning without any knowledge. So, It's a normal thing that you do many mistake in English learning. But when you make mistake, you can know the correct one that can improve your English skills and in the future, you will intelligent and you have a bit of mistake. For example, You spell some words incorrect. You find those word in dictionary or ask the teacher. In the next time you can spell those word correct. I think that the mistake will make us have many knowledge more and more.

In my opinion, it's ok to make mistake while learning but after that we have to remember what's the mistake so we can learn from our mistake to improve or make it correctly. Like what we did in this activity. First, we just predicted the answers then after that we looked back again to check our answer, is it match with what you think after we read the text. Actually, at first, I think it's a little bit waste time but now I think it's helpful because our predicted answer might be the same with what I think after read the text. If it's not the same it's still easier to find the answer because we have predicted once time already.

But the important thing is you should learn and improve yourself from your mistake.

After that we will not make the same mistake again!
And that's very helful in our learning class.
